    Can I order by fax or email?

    Our secure online process is the preferred and most expedient method of ordering from CPAP cleaner. However, we understand that there may be times when you would prefer to order by fax or mail.     What forms of payment does CPAP cleaner accept?

    Does CPAP cleaner charge sales tax?

    CPAP cleaner is required to charge sales tax on merchandise and shipping charges in New Jersey. The amount of sales tax charged is based on current local tax rates. Sales tax will be refunded for returned items.

    How Do I return an Item?

    If you receive a product and it doesn't fit, or it is not what you expected it to be, most products can be returned. Products must be in their original packaging with all instruction/warranty paperwork. Product must be unused. A 25% restocking fee will apply.

    To return a product please request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by calling 732-905-5400 or fill out an online Return Authorization Request. You must request an RMA within 10 days of receiving the product. All returns must be completed within 30 days. Orders returned without an RMA number will not be recognized as a return and will be charged a 30% restocking fee in addition to the shipping charges, once processed.
